What are your custom capabilities?
Custom colors are available upon request. Different ground options, adjustment of design scale and pattern layout options are determined on a case-by-case basis. A strike-off is required for all custom orders. Custom fabric options are also available.

What are the limitations regarding your different grounds?
Certain patterns are available on multiple grounds. However, when translating mylar and foil-grounded patterns onto a vinyl ground, you will lose some of the brightness of the metallics. A strike-off will also required.

What is your minimum order?
Yangki wallcoverings require a minimum order of 20 yards with the exception of Rice Paper which requires a minimum order of 20 sheets. No wallcoverings stock is kept; all products are produced upon receipt of an order.

Do you offer patterns on type II vinyl?
We can translate some of our patterns onto Type II vinyl. Please call us for minimum orders; a strike-off will also be required.

Do you offer heavier standard vinyl papers?
Up to 15 ounce type I vinyl papers are available with either scrim or non-woven backing.

What paper widths do you provide?
All wallcoverings are sold UNTRIMMED.
29" and 30" widths:
Coated paper, kraft paper, mylar grounds and foil grounds are available in a 29" or 30" width depending upon the pattern.
54" width:
Paper-backed non-woven vinyl wallcoverings are available in a 54" width type I vinyl.
60" width:
Our non-woven ground is available is 30" & 60" width. Contact us for more information.
24" x 36" sheets:
Asian rice-paper wallcoverings are available in 24" x 36" sheets. 54" width Type 1 vinyl is available scrim-backed, paper-backed and non-woven backed. Contact us for more information.

Do you use solvents in your products?
All of Yangki products are created with solvent-free, water-based paint.

Are all of your products manufactured by hand?
All Yangki products are handmade without the use of machines allowing for zero mechanized pollution.

What are your lead times?
All orders are produced on a custom basis. No stock is kept of decorated papers. Standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks. Rush deliveries are available, please contact us for timing and fees.

What is your return policy?
Please promptly and carefully inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. There will be absolutely no returns accepted on cut or altered goods.
